These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of kristinnmirrors.com and to every order you place with KRISTINN MIRRORS. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KRISTINN MIRRORS is the trading name of Kristinn Ingi Einarsson, a sole proprietor registered in Spain. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KRISTINN MIRRORS, and “you” means the person using our store or placing an order. More details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our store accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the United States only.

3. Our products

We sell modern mirrors for the home, such as floor, wall, arched and round mirrors.

• Sizes: listed in inches, as height x width. Measurements are approximate, and small manufacturing tolerances are normal.
• Colors and finishes: we show our products as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen.
• Glass: mirrors are made of glass. Handle them with care, especially when you unpack, move and install them.

4. Installation and safe use

• Before you hang a mirror on a wall, use mounting hardware rated for the mirror’s weight and fix it into wall studs or suitable anchors. Follow any instructions included with the product.
• Large mirrors are heavy. Move and install them with two people.
• Floor mirrors should stand on a flat, stable floor. In homes with children or pets, secure them against tipping with anti-tip hardware.
• To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, mounting, modification or use of a product.

5. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, we send you a confirmation email. It confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if a product is out of stock, if a price or description contains an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. If we cancel after you paid, we refund the full amount you paid for the canceled items to your original payment method.

6. Prices and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged in U.S. dollars when you place your order. We never see or store your full card number.

8. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery options, costs and estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you gave us.

9. Returns and refunds

You can return items within 90 calendar days of delivery, with free return shipping. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The content of our store, including text, images, graphics, page design, the KRISTINN MIRRORS name and our logo, belongs to KRISTINN MIRRORS or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to collect content or data from it by automated means without our permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays or network failures. If such an event significantly delays your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel the affected items for a full refund.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the U.S. state where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@kristinnmirrors.com, and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also bring a claim in any small claims court that has jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
