We ship to addresses in the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to other countries. Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. When a faster option is available for your address, it is shown at checkout with its price.

Delivery estimates, when available, are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If we cannot ship within the time stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.

If an order ships from outside the United States, customs duties or import fees may apply. If they are not collected at checkout, the carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery. Free shipping covers our shipping charge only and does not waive government charges.

Email support@kristinnmirrors.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address, or we can cancel it with a full refund. Once it ships, we cannot guarantee changes, but you can still return it within 90 days with a free label.

You have 90 calendar days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. Email support@kristinnmirrors.com with your order number, and we will send you a prepaid return label, so return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee. We refund your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the mirror, the packaging and the outer box. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send back broken glass unless we ask. Please wear gloves when you handle broken glass.

All sizes are listed in inches, as height x width. Measurements are approximate, and small manufacturing tolerances are normal. Check each product page for the details of that mirror.

Before you order, measure the wall or floor space where the mirror will go and leave a little room around the frame.

Use a soft microfiber cloth. Spray glass cleaner on the cloth, not directly on the mirror, so liquid does not run to the edges and damage the backing. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, abrasive products and rough pads.

Use mounting hardware rated for the weight of your mirror and fix it into wall studs or suitable anchors. Follow any instructions included with the product.

Mark the position with a level before you drill, and check for pipes and wiring behind the wall. For large mirrors, always work with two people.

Yes. Place it on a flat, stable floor, with the base firmly against the floor and the top resting against the wall. Secure it with anti-tip hardware when it is included or recommended, especially in homes with children or pets.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout. Your payment is charged in U.S. dollars when you place your order.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, and we never see or store your full card number. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
