Before you write
Including these details in your first message saves an exchange and gets your matter resolved faster:
- Your order number, if your message concerns an order.
- For a fitment question: the lug width in millimetres of your watch, or its brand, model and reference.
- For a fault or damage: two or three clear photographs in daylight.
- For a return: whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Where we are
We operate from Zuchwil, in the canton of Solothurn, at the heart of the Swiss watchmaking region. Our workshop is not open to the public and we do not take walk-in visits, so please write to us before sending anything to this address — parcels returned without a return authorisation may be refused.

A note on what we sell
Chronix Watches designs and sells watch straps and bracelets only — leather, stainless steel, rubber, silicone and textile. We do not sell complete watches, watch heads, movements or any other timepiece component. We are happy to advise on fitment, but we cannot service, repair or value a watch, and we cannot source complete timepieces.

Where a product listing mentions a watch brand, model or reference, it is used solely to describe which watches our strap is dimensionally compatible with. Chronix Watches is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
