Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of chronixwatchesue.online and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the store or placing an order you accept them. Please read them before ordering.

Chronix Watches designs and sells watch straps and bracelets only — leather, stainless steel, rubber, silicone and textile. We do not sell complete watches, watch heads, movements or any other timepiece component.

Fitment is described by lug width in millimetres and, where relevant, by the attachment system. It is your responsibility to confirm the lug width of your watch before ordering. If you are unsure, write to us before you buy and we will check it with you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Orders and acceptance

The product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you the order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description contained an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices, taxes and customs

• Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the taxes indicated at that point.
• Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
• We dispatch from Switzerland. For deliveries into the EU, UK or other territories, import VAT and customs duties may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by you on delivery.
• If a parcel is refused and returned because import charges were not paid, we refund the value of the goods less the shipping and return costs we incurred.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment providers. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. We never store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We dispatch as quickly as we can and give you a tracking reference by email. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and do not include customs clearance delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The full procedure, the condition the goods must be in, and the exceptions are set out on our Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. Consumers in the EEA benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Details of what is and is not covered are on the Returns & Warranty page.

10. Descriptions, colour and sizing

We photograph our straps as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and natural materials vary between batches. Slight differences in the grain, tone or finish of leather are characteristic of the material, not defects. Stated measurements carry a normal manufacturing tolerance.

11. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it by automated means.
• You may not resell our products as authorised or original manufacturer parts, nor represent yourself as an agent of Chronix Watches.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

12. Intellectual property

The store's content — text, photography, product designs, the Chronix name and logo — belongs to Chronix Watches or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

13. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for damage caused by improper fitting or misuse of a strap, or for damage to a watch that results from a strap being installed by someone who is not a qualified watchmaker. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, extreme weather, or failures of telecommunications networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We would always rather resolve a problem directly — please write to us first. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
